Please we have multilinks service in Enugu last month but for nearly 2weeks now the services just disappear in Enugu. Pls boss how do i download the service back to Enugu. Or is there any mask or antenna that i can but to draw service from other states

Anonymous 12:45AM, sorry about the network issues u re having over there. The best thing I would advice u do, is to call their help desk line and complain abt that to them, they should be able to explain to u, y u cnt receive network or better still advice u on what to do. Thanks

click edit u wil see access number input #777 then
scrol down to username input d no on modem pack@bluebroadband.Com
Password input 1234 and save
Now go to network and tick hybrid under network type
Anonymous 3:03am. Lol..its not that, sometimes it could happen if u have not used in a long while...if you any of their offices around, u can walk in there and they would help make the Modem connect. Then u come back for the configuration of TG.
chris tanks, here is d error i got: the remote connection was denied bcos d uernmae nd password combination u provided is nt recongnised or d selected authentication protocol is nt permittted on d remote access server, but i dont credit on it o. Jon
