Firstly visit www.youtube.com search for any video of your choice and click on it and copy the Link of the video. See the picture below to know what a link looks like.
After copying the link of the video goto www.youtube-mp3.org and paste video link into the box and click CONVERT VIDEO.
Simple right?? yeah it is.

Ok Paul, why dont u make use of IDM? IDM has the ability to convert the video into any of those formats while trying to download the video..
